San Diego reverses course after too many employees choose to opt-out of same-sex ceremonies

I find it strange how so many people in CA. do not want same-sex marriage to be legal yet it now is. When the court house employees were given the choice to opt out of performing the ceremonies so many of them did they had to force them back to their jobs.

Bill to expand Alabama’s hate crimes law moves ahead

The Alliance Defense Fund has reported that Alabama now has a bill passed through the Judiciary to include “Sexual Orientation” to their hate crimes offenses. I do not advocate violence, but can this be construed to start silencing the pastures, preachers and even churches to stop preaching against homosexuality?
